1Reach Out
Ready to start? Send me an email, and let’s schedule a free 15-minute call. I’ll answer any questions you have, and we can both see if we're a good fit to work together.
2Tell Me About You
Before we dive in, I’ll ask you to fill out a short intake form. This covers your medical history, any medications or supplements you’re taking, family history, and a bit about your lifestyle and diet. I’ll also ask you to keep a three-day food journal, which helps me get a sense of whether you are getting enough vitamins, minerals, protein, fats and other nutrients. The journal’s easy to do, using an app or your computer. And if tracking food isn’t right for you, especially if you have a history of disordered eating, we will skip it.
3Our First Consultation
With your intake info in hand, I’ll have a solid idea of where we’re starting. During our first session, we’ll focus on you. I want to hear about your main health goals and how I can best support you. This meeting usually lasts about an hour.
4Your Personal Action Plan
After our session, you’ll get a tailored action plan to help you move towards your goals. This plan will include practical tips for improving your nutrition, guidance on any supplements needed, and strategies for supporting your sleep, exercise, mental health, and stress.
5Ongoing Support
We’ll meet monthly for the next two months to keep things on track. These follow-ups give you a chance to ask questions, tackle any obstacles, and keep moving forward.
